Fazio Canyons
A few miles from the resort, Fazio Canyons is the bigger, more natural sibling to Foothills—Tom Fazio's second Barton Creek course, and generally the highest-rated of the four. It was the first resort course in Texas certified as an Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, and it rolls through canyons and native Hill Country without a house in sight.
It stretches past 7,400 yards from the tips, with more room off the tee than Foothills but bigger, bolder green complexes. Play both Fazios and you've seen the architect's range.
