Set higher on the hill at roughly 6,800 feet, the West brings more doglegs and steeper, multi-level greens than the East, with sweeping views of both the Rockies and downtown Colorado Springs.
It hosted the 1998 PGA Cup Matches and remains a stern test even giving up nearly 340 yards of length to its bigger sibling.
