Pine Lakes is the longest of Jekyll's courses at 6,701 yards, a Clyde Johnson layout that opened in 1968, was redesigned in 2002, and got a full renovation in 2024. It meanders through ocean forest and undisturbed marsh hammocks, quiet and green.

It's also the most welcoming to a mixed group: the tee boxes are set to give adults and younger or higher-handicap players genuinely even footing, so nobody's outgunned. Par 72, and the round that anchors most Jekyll golf trips.
