The O'odham—the former North—is Coore & Crenshaw's minimalist statement at Talking Stick: broad, angular holes with crowned greens and close-cropped run-up areas that reward angles over length. There are no artificial hazards, just native desert, mountain views, and ground built to run firm and fast like a links.

It sits on Salt River tribal land out beyond the resort, and at 7,133 yards from the tips it's the longer and more open of the pair—the one to walk if you can.
