We collect what it takes to plan golf trips and nothing more: your account details, the trips you build, and the people you add to them. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, we don't track you across other sites or apps, and you can delete your account — and everything tied to it — yourself, any time.
Your account. Name, email address, a hashed password, and an optional profile photo. Email verification status and your membership tier.
Your trips.Itineraries, dates, group votes, messages you post to a trip's group, RSVPs, and deposit status.
People you add to a trip. When an organizer adds group members, we store the names and email addresses they enter so we can send those people their personal trip invitations. If you've been added to a trip and want out, use the unsubscribe link in any trip email or contact us and we'll remove you.
Concierge requests. The trip details you send our specialists, including your contact information.
Device tokens (app only). If you enable notifications in the mobile app, we store a push token so votes, mentions and reminders can reach your device.
What we deliberately don't collect: your location, your contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics that identify you. Our web analytics (Vercel) are cookieless and aggregate.
Card details never touch our servers. Club membership is processed by Stripe (web) or Apple / Google (in-app), with subscriptions managed through RevenueCat. Concierge deposits are processed by Stripe. We store only what a subscription requires: your membership status and dates.
Service providers who handle data solely on our instructions: Vercel (hosting, cookieless analytics), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Stripe and RevenueCat (payments and subscriptions), Expo(push notification delivery). We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.
We send transactional email only: trip invitations, group activity you've asked to hear about, verification and password resets, concierge correspondence, and receipts. Every trip email carries a one-click unsubscribe; notification preferences live on each trip and in the app.
Delete your account from your account page on the web or from the Account tab in the app. This permanently removes your profile, saved items, sign-in and photo. Trips you organized keep working for the rest of the group (their votes and messages belong to the trip), but are no longer connected to you. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately — in your App Store or Google Play settings, or from the membership page — deleting the account does not stop billing.
We use strictly-necessary cookies for signing in and trip access, and local storage for preferences like your display currency. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies exist on this site.
tfd.golf is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. An organizer may mark a group member as a child for room-billing purposes; that's a label on a name, not a child's account.
If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new date. Questions or requests: concierge@tfd.golf. See also our legal & affiliate disclosure.
